PRS offers full Management Services for physicians and groups either unwilling or simply fed up with the pressures of practicing medicine while running a business.  PRS MSO services include employment and management of staff (excluding Physicians and APPS)  in the physician office, bookkeeping services, ordering and supply management, revenue cycle management, scheduling, prior authorization/pre-certification and business planning services.  PRS developed best practices for offices will be implemented by PRS staff in conjunction with those identified or hired to work directly with the clinical staff.  As with PRS RCM agreements revenue is deposited in the physicians account, procedures and protocols as well as reports and actions by all PRS staff are available for review by the practice at any time.
